Senior Pastors Dustin and Ashley Dale
Both
of our Pastors have been exposed to dead religion and the Spirit of Revival,
through growing up in church.
They each have a strong love and passion for the presence of
God that will transform every person into vessels of fire.
With an exciting gift, our Pastor teaches the
kingdom of God, passionately urging the Church to return to God with
pure honor. As Directors
of Forward Ministries, the Pastors have given their lives to building the
kingdom and knowing the ins and outs of a thriving revival center.

The leaders of Forward Church are here to serve and help you. We want to be involved in your life, helping to point or guide you and your family into the blessings of God. We are here to stand with you and pray with you in all your seasons of life, the good times as well as the difficult. It is our heart to see that all the members of Forward Church are equipped to minister and achieve the purposes that God has planned for them and all His church.

Pastors Duane and
Deborah Hinshaw
With
24 years of full-time ministry experience, Pastors Duane and Deborah
are outstanding Associate Pastors and Directors of Pastoral Ministries
at Forward
Church. They have given their lives to train, build and nurture the
local body until each person can fully walk in destiny.
They are people of character, steadfast, full of
integrity and hold every characteristic of elders in the Word. Their
knowledge of the Word, lives of intercession and practical wisdom
have made them pillars at Forward Church.
Pastor Duane has a bachelor's degree in Bible from
Northwest Bible College, with a minor in Christian
Education. Pastor Deborah has a bachelor's degree from Southwest
Baptist University in General Education and is pursuing a Master's
in Administration and Education.
Jeremy and Maegan Stevens
Stirred with passion to see the generations of young people rise
up with the Spirit of God and carry revival to the nations, Jeremy
and Maegan Stevens lead a persistent generation forward into
the battle for revival.
Jeremy also facilitates the ministry as Director of Audio/Visual and
Media. Maegan is an integral part of
the Worship Ministry. She co-leads our worship services, and writes
new music to show our corporate passion for the presence of God.
Karon French
Karon is the leader of Intercessory Prayer at Forward Church. With a strong spirit of prayer, she trains and
teaches others the power of Intercession, how to pray and how to get
results.
Karon's passion and endurance is an
undeniable pillar of Forward Church. Through leading intercessory
prayer groups and understanding strategic prayer, Karon is
the protective covering for all ministries and leaders at Forward
Church.
Prophet Jan Baker
After nearly eighteen years of
pastorate, thirteen years of pastorate in the Church of God
(Cleveland, TN) and five
years of national and international itinerate ministry, a new
vibrant church was planted and during a New Year’s Service on
December 31, 2002, the “winds of God” began to blow and an entire
congregation experienced a Revival from God in Northwest Louisiana.
Since then, Prophet Baker has dedicated her life to the pursuit of
the Kingdom of God and carrying revival to the nations.
In February 2009, Jan Baker and
a team of leaders agreed to relocate to Raleigh, North Carolina. It
was during this relocation that Prophet Baker and the team connected
with the Kansas City Revival at World Revival Church (home to the
Smithton Outpouring), and realized that their passion for city-wide
revival was not merely a dream. Now, as a member of World Revival
Network, she and the congregation of Forward Church are living the
dream.
